Youth Ministry

We are blessed to have a vibrant Youth Ministry that engages youth in the church and in the community through multiple programs, services, and activities.

Our Youth Church and Church School programs are tailored to meet the spiritual needs of youth of all ages. Our nursery welcomes little ones from 6 months to 5 years old, providing a safe, loving environment during our 10 a.m. Sunday worship experience.

In addition, youth serve in a variety of ministries, such as the Usher Board, Liturgical Dance Ministry, and Music Ministry. They help lead worship services and they participate in community service projects.

The ministry is led by Youth and Young Adult Pastor Rev. James L. Harris Jr., supported by a church-wide commitment to one of our core values—“Invest in Our Children.”

Youth Church

Our youth worship together at 10:30 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Sundays, in person and on Zoom.

Nursery

Doors open at 9:45 a.m. We’ve created a space filled with peace, care, and joy so you can focus on worship, confident your child is being nurtured. Every member of our nursery team is CPR trained and has passed a background check.

Church School

Most youth classes—tweens and teens, primary, and middler—meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 10:30 a.m. The classes are hybrid, taking place in person and on Zoom. The primary class meets in-person at 10:30 a.m. and in a virtual-only class at 1 p.m. on Zoom.
